Ingredients

Instructions
Take the butter out of the fridge at least 45 min before.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Prepare the rest of the ingredients.
Cream the butter and sugar.
Combine in the egg and vanilla.
Add the flour and the baking powder.
Mix until you can’t see the flour.
Add the chocolate chips.
Roll into walnut-size balls and place on ungreased baking paper. Be careful, they will spread.
Bake for 8 – 10 min, until they are a nice brown colour around the side.
Take out of the oven and leave to harden for a minute before transferring to a wire rack.
Your chocolate chip cookies are now ready! It makes a very good snack throughout the day and best with a glass of milk or almond milk.
