Instructions
Prepare all the ingredients.
Put the powdered sugar and soft butter in the mixer.
Mix until you obtain a smooth consistency.
Start by adding one egg and mix.
Add the rest of the eggs.
Add the flour and baking powder and mix.
Separate the batter equally in 2 recipients (2 different bowls).
Add the vanilla extract in one of the recipient and mix.
In a bowl, mix the milk and cocoa. Warm the milk in the microwave (30s) or in a pot (1min) for the cocoa to easily blend.
Let it cool 5min.
Pour it in the second recipient and mix.
You now have both your mixture ready.
Grease a 23cm cake tin.
Take 2 spoons and use them to dollop the chocolate and vanilla cake mixes into the tin alternately.
Keep in the fridge for 1 hour.
Pre-heat your oven at 170C.
Bake the cake for 45-55 mins until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
Your vanilla and chocolate marble cake is now ready! You can enjoy it with some tea or even for breakfast with milk.
