    It was on a Friday night, I only had eggs in my fridge and felt like trying something new. Why not taking the egg and not preparing them in the same way, hence deconstructed eggs.

    I went totally freestyle, combining bits and pieces I saw on videos or on TV. I ended up with very interesting mix of textures, there is lot of things I could improve on this recipe but the main ideas are there.

    This brownie recipe is really easy to make. I suggest to prepare it the day before and leave it in the fridge overnight, it gives time to the chocolate to settle and make the brownie more moist and chewy.

    In this recipe I used walnuts but you can replace by any type of nuts.
